As First time home buyers me and my wife were lucky and blessed to meet Chris and Sharon at an open house 3 months ago. Right off the bat they both gave us good vibes and made us feel like family. At that moment we were basically “window shopping” getting a vibe of the market and looking at what was out there for us. We didn’t have any realtors in mind and after meeting a couple who practically didn’t take us seriously because we weren’t pre approved we felt like there wasn’t anyone out there for us. Chris and Sharon showed us what good realtors are all about. They were patient with us until we got our pre approval numbers back and didn’t hesitate to drive down from walnut creek to oakland to show us the houses we wanted in the meantime. Sharon was on top of everything from answering all our questions and giving us updates and always kept us in the loop. Chris as i told him before and i’ll tell anyone who asks, KNOWS HIS STUFF! The guy is a realtor but possibly built houses in his past life lol. I was highly impressed with his knowledge of houses from foundation to plumbing and electrical, i felt like i didnt even need a home inspection with all his good input and even then he payed out of pocket for one when we chose a home. When it came to negotiating a deal both Chris and Sharon broke down scenarios for us, gave us options and suggested things we can put in the offer that we never even thought of and got them accepted as well! Chris and Sharon did fantastic work and got us in our dream home with a ton of credit from the seller we ended up only paying the down payment. Overall they made the experience as smooth as possible, to the extent that my loan officer was very impressed with their work and is now in the process of teaming up with them for future clients. Me and my wife are forever grateful with Chris and sharon, whatever our future holds for us whether a new home for investment or simple house advice we can count with them as our realtors and new additions to our family.
